Making an Appointment
If you would like to see a therapist, please call the main office at 312-263-4368, ext. 9090, and leave a message for our intake coordinator, Elena Vassallo. Please leave your name, phone number(s), and times when you can be reached, and she will return a call within twenty-four hours. If you would prefer you may email her at newclientinquiry@comcast.net. Please be aware that although we make every effort to ensure your confidentility, in general email confidentility cannot be guaranteed.
Ms. Vassallo will answer any questions you may have and will match you with a particular therapist based on your reasons for coming, any particular preferences you may have regarding a therapist, and the suitability of a therapist’s schedule to your own. That therapist will then call you and arrange the first interview. This initial interview is a time for further assessment and for making sure that there is a good ‘fit’ between you and the therapist.
To protect your confidentiality, staff therapists do not identify themselves to anyone who might answer the phone other than yourself.
